    Horn of Elegance is a Fashion and Textiles Company based in Central London, United Kingdom.
  • What countries do you ship to?
    Horn of Elegance provides worldwide shipping. All items are tracked and your tracking information will be sent to you when your order has been fulfilled and your items are on their way to you.
  • Where are your Fabrics made?
    Our high end Fashion Fabrics are sourced from leading French manufacturers who supply the finest Haute Couture Design Houses.
  • Are your Fransawi Diracs and Garbasaars sown?
    All our Fabrics are not sown. We only provide the Fabrics as every customers has their own preference on how the Fabric is sown.
  • How often do you restock?
    To give our customers as much choice as possible we are constantly looking to expand our French Fransawi Fabrics to a wide range of Exclusive selection.
  • Is it safe to enter my personal details on your website?
    Your personal details are absolutely safe to enter on our website. We will not share your personal details with any third party companies and our payment method is SSL encrypted. We will only use your details to complete your order and use your address to post your items to you.
  • How do I know when my order has been shipped?
    You will receive an email when you place your order and a second email when your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, which will include your tracking information. Goods will always be dispatched within 48 hours from when the order is received. Bank Holidays, Public Holidays & Weekends are not part of the delivery days and no orders will be shipped on these days.
  • What is your returns policy?
    All items are checked by our quality control team before dispatch. We will not be able to accept returns or exchange on fabric trimmings that have been cut to your specifications. All return or exchange items received must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. We do not offer a refund, but exchange only. This does not affect your statutory rights. Exchange within 10 days from the delivered date for Europe and North America and 14 days for the rest of the world. If you exceed the deadline unfortunately we will not be able to offer an exchange.
  • How do I exchange an item?
    Only Fabrics purchased directly from Horn of Elegance can be returned using the procedure described below. All items we receive must be within the correct return dates as stated in previous question. Email us at info@hornofelegance.com with a copy of your invoice, the item(s) to be exchanged and reason for your exchange. We can then deal with your exchange request and advise you further on what to do. Return of items must be through a delivery service that is tracked/signed for and include a copy of invoice or order number inorder for us to identify whom the items ae being returned from. Please keep all your postage receipts as proof of postage. Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.

    We want to take Horn of Elegance worldwide. Here are some things to consider when ordering from outside the UK. Orders to countries outside the UK may be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its destination country or region.
  • Do you provide samples of your Fabrics?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer samples on our products.
